Procedure for addressing claims, complaints and suggestions

You can present your complaint, claim or suggestion, during business hours: Monday to Sunday from 8:00 AM to 17:00 PM, through the following communication channels:

  • Administrative Offices: Pan-American Highway Km 10 ½ SISA Financial Center, building 2 Floor First level, Santa Tecla.
  • You must indicate your full name, shipment number, date, time, place of the incident and telephone number or contact email in order to provide you with the resolution of your case.
  • A Customer Service agent will enter your case in a log and provide you with a resolution or indicate a response timeframe.
  • To follow up on your claim you can do so with your shipment number.
